The FT/IR-6X FTIR spectrometer offers an advanced optical system built around a 28° Michelson interferometer with permanently aligned corner-cube mirrors, a diode laser, and AccuTrac™ DSP technology. For high-resolution applications, the diode laser can be replaced with an optional HeNe laser. Engineered for demanding FTIR measurements, the FT/IR-6X supports custom sampling accessories, external detectors, trace-gas analysis, emission studies, and setups requiring multiple beam-splitters or detectors.
